			- 2 chicken breasts
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp butter
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1 cup orzo pasta
 - 2 cloves garlic (minced)
 - 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
 - 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
 
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
 - Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
 - In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
 - Add orzo and cook for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and let simmer until orzo is tender.
 - Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and diced tomatoes.
 - Return chicken to the pan and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
 
Notes
- Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
