Description

Creamy Chili Garlic Chicken is a bold and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts simmered in a rich, creamy sauce infused with garlic and chili for the perfect balance of heat and creaminess.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Lower heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chili garlic sauce, followed by heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly, about 3–4 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.
