- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in chili garlic sauce, followed by heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly, about 3–4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.

- Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice for a complete meal.
- Use chicken thighs for a juicier result.
