- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and milk. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts for a juicier option.
