- 2 chicken breasts (cooked and sliced)
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
- Add the cooked chicken and pasta, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan.
