- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients and milk alternately.
- Fold in cranberries and pour batter into the pan.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Add orange zest for a citrusy touch.
