- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place a slice of bread (buttered side down) in a pan over medium heat.
- Layer brie, mozzarella, and cranberry sauce.
- Top with the second slice of bread (buttered side up).
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use a cranberry-orange sauce for extra flavor.
- Substitute sourdough with brioche for a sweeter touch.
