Description

Sweet, savory, and perfectly festive—this cranberry brie focaccia is a stunning bread topped with gooey cheese, tangy cranberry sauce, and honeyed glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 ball of focaccia dough (or store-bought)

  • 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce

  • 1/2 cup diced brie cheese

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Fresh thyme sprigs

 

  • Olive oil for brushing


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Spread dough in a greased pan, dimple with fingers.

  • Add dollops of cranberry sauce, brie cubes, and thyme.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and bake 20–25 minutes.

 

  • Brush with honey while still warm and serve.


Notes

  • Best served warm and gooey.
