Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add eggs and cook gently, stirring slowly until just set. Remove from heat immediately.
- Wash and slice the peaches. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Assemble the plate with scrambled eggs, bacon, and sliced peaches. Garnish with herbs if using.

- Use canned or thawed frozen peaches when fresh are not available.
