Ingredients

  • 4 strips bacon

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add eggs and cook gently, stirring slowly until just set. Remove from heat immediately.
  4. Wash and slice the peaches. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Assemble the plate with scrambled eggs, bacon, and sliced peaches. Garnish with herbs if using.
