- 1 package (14.3 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup coarsely chopped chocolate sandwich cookies (for mix-in)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter until evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped cookies.
- Pour the fudge mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares before serving.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easy cleanup and slicing.
- Bars can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- For extra texture, reserve some cookie pieces to press on top before chilling.
