Description

A combination of the hearty toppings of a Cobb Salad with the creamy dressing and seasoned chicken of a Chicken Caesar Salad.


Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shaved Parmesan
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing chicken, chopping romaine, cooking bacon, and boiling eggs.
  2. Spread the romaine lettuce across a large bowl or platter.
  3. Arrange chicken, eggs, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese in rows over the lettuce.
  4. Whisk Caesar dressing with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad or serve it on the side.
  6. Add croutons just before serving for maximum crunch.

  • Swap chicken for grilled shrimp for a lighter variation.
