Description
This cinnamon swirl cream cheese loaf is a soft, moist cake with a sweet cinnamon filling and a creamy cheesecake-like layer. A perfect treat for breakfast or dessert!

			For the Cake:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup milk
 
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 1 tbsp cinnamon
 
For the Cream Cheese Filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
 - In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
 - In another bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix in vanilla extract.
 - Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with milk, until smooth.
 - In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
 - Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, spread cream cheese mixture over it, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Top with remaining batter and swirl with a knife.
 - Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
 
Notes
- Add chopped nuts for extra texture.
 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
