- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar (for garnish)
- Maple syrup or honey (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the Bread:
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Make the Cinnamon Filling:
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups:
- Brush one side of each bread slice with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered side.
- Roll up each slice tightly and set aside.
- Prepare the Egg Wash:
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
