Description

This creamy cheesecake is layered with sweet cinnamon filling, creating the perfect combination of cinnamon rolls and cheesecake in one delicious dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a springform pan.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.
  • In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl.
  • Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust, drizzle half of the cinnamon mixture, and repeat with remaining layers.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, then cool and chill for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Sprinkle cinnamon on top before serving for extra flavor.
