For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust, drizzle half of the cinnamon mixture, and repeat with remaining layers.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, then cool and chill for at least 4 hours.
Notes
Sprinkle cinnamon on top before serving for extra flavor.
