- 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips or melting chocolate
- 6 oz white chocolate chips (optional swirl)
- 1 cup toffee bits (such as Heath bits)
- 1/2 cup crunchy caramel bits
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
- If using white chocolate, melt it and drizzle over the dark chocolate. Swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Sprinkle toffee bits and crunchy caramel bits evenly over the chocolate.
- Lightly press toppings to help them adhere. Add a pinch of sea salt if desired.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes or until fully set.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
