Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnuts or almonds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (plus extra for coating)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients: In a food processor, blend dates, nuts, cocoa powder, honey, sesame seeds, vanilla, and salt until a sticky dough forms.
