Description

Chocolate Raspberry Tiramisu Delight is a luxurious no-bake dessert made with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, creamy chocolate mascarpone filling, and fresh raspberries—perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 24 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso, cooled
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz dark chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee or espresso and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone cheese with vanilla extract and melted chocolate until smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture to create the chocolate cream filling.
  5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee and arrange a layer in the bottom of an 8×8 inch dish.
  6. Spread half of the chocolate cream over the ladyfingers and top with half of the fresh raspberries.
  7. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, remaining chocolate cream, and raspberries.
  8. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with extra raspberries.

Notes

  • Add raspberry liqueur to the coffee for an adult version.
  • Substitute raspberries with strawberries or cherries if desired.
  • Top with shaved chocolate or chopped toasted nuts for added texture.
  • Use cream cheese in place of mascarpone if needed.
  • Make individual servings in cups or jars for easy presentation.
