- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (for topping layer)
- Optional: pinch of sea salt or chopped peanuts for garnish
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish to form the base layer.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter together until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Optional: sprinkle sea salt or chopped peanuts on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
