Description

Rich, no-bake chocolate peanut butter fudge bars with a smooth, creamy texture and a decadent layered flavor. A perfect treat for peanut butter and chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (for topping layer)
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt or chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish to form the base layer.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter together until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  6. Optional: sprinkle sea salt or chopped peanuts on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
