  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust:

    • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
    • Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan.
