- 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold melted chocolate into the whipped cream mixture until smooth.
- Pour over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Chill overnight for the best texture.
