Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle additional flaky sea salt evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift fudge from the pan using parchment overhang and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
