- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave and allow it to cool slightly.
- Whisk the melted butter with sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
