These Chocolate Drizzled Rolled Crepes are thin, delicate, and filled with a smooth chocolate drizzle, making them perfect for breakfast or dessert!

			- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 cup milk
 - 1/2 cup water
 - 2 tbsp melted butter
 - 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
 - Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in a small amount of batter and swirl to coat the bottom.
 - Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
 - Roll each crepe and drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
 
Notes
- Add a spoonful of Nutella or whipped cream inside before rolling.
 - For extra crispiness, cook the crepes slightly longer.
 - Store leftover crepes in the fridge and reheat in a pan.
