Description

These Chocolate Drizzled Rolled Crepes are thin, delicate, and filled with a smooth chocolate drizzle, making them perfect for breakfast or dessert!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in a small amount of batter and swirl to coat the bottom.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Roll each crepe and drizzle melted chocolate over the top.

Notes

  • Add a spoonful of Nutella or whipped cream inside before rolling.
  • For extra crispiness, cook the crepes slightly longer.
  • Store leftover crepes in the fridge and reheat in a pan.
