These Chocolate Drizzled Crepes are light, buttery, and filled with a deliciously rich chocolate drizzle. A perfect dessert or brunch treat that pairs well with whipped cream and fresh fruit!

			- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 cup milk
 - 1/2 cup water
 - 2 tbsp melted butter
 - 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup melted chocolate (for drizzling)
 - Whipped cream (optional)
 - Sliced bananas or strawberries (optional)
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
 - Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
 - Pour in a thin layer of batter, swirling the pan to spread evenly.
 - Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
 - Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes on a plate.
 - Drizzle with melted chocolate and serve with whipped cream and fruits if desired.
 
Notes
- For extra richness, spread Nutella inside the crepes before folding.
 - Store leftover crepes in the fridge for up to 2 days, reheating as needed.
