Description

These Chocolate Drizzled Crepes are light, buttery, and filled with a deliciously rich chocolate drizzle. A perfect dessert or brunch treat that pairs well with whipped cream and fresh fruit!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate (for drizzling)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Sliced bananas or strawberries (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  • Pour in a thin layer of batter, swirling the pan to spread evenly.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes on a plate.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate and serve with whipped cream and fruits if desired.

Notes

  • For extra richness, spread Nutella inside the crepes before folding.
  • Store leftover crepes in the fridge for up to 2 days, reheating as needed.
