Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
- Scoop dough into balls (about 2 tbsp each) and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
