- 24 Oreo cookies
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then set aside to cool slightly.

- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the pre-baked crust and spread evenly.
