Description

This chocolate caramel candy bar ice cream cake is the ultimate no-bake dessert, layered with cookies, creamy filling, and topped with candy bars and sauces.


Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1.5 qt vanilla ice cream, softened

  • 1 cup caramel sauce

  • 1 cup chocolate sauce

  • 2 cups chopped candy bars (Snickers, Twix, etc.)

  • Whipped topping (optional)


Instructions

  • Crush cookies and mix with butter, press into pan.

  • Spread half the ice cream over crust, drizzle sauces, add candy.

  • Repeat layer and freeze until solid.

  • Drizzle more caramel and chocolate before serving.


Notes

Freeze overnight for clean slicing.
