Description

This Chocolate Boba Cake combines rich chocolate sponge, whipped cream, and a glossy boba pearl topping for a dessert that’s part cake, part bubble tea—and 100% addictive!


Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate sponge cake (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream or frosting

  • 1 cup cooked tapioca pearls (boba)

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar syrup

 

  • Chocolate ganache for drizzle


Instructions

  • Spread whipped cream on the cake evenly.

  • Top with warm brown sugar boba pearls.

  • Drizzle ganache and swirl if desired.

 

  • Chill 15 minutes before serving.


Notes

  • Best served fresh so pearls stay soft.

  • Can use milk tea flavored cream too.

 

  • Serve in slices or jars.
