Ingredients

1 chocolate sponge cake (store-bought or homemade)

1 1/2 cups whipped cream or frosting

1 cup cooked tapioca pearls (boba)

2 tbsp brown sugar syrup

Chocolate ganache for drizzle
Instructions

Spread whipped cream on the cake evenly.

Top with warm brown sugar boba pearls.

Drizzle ganache and swirl if desired.

Chill 15 minutes before serving.

Best served fresh so pearls stay soft.
