Instructions
- Slice bananas into thick rounds (about 1/2 inch thick) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze banana slices for 20 minutes until firm.
- Crush freeze-dried strawberries and graham crackers (if using) into a fine crumble.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Add coconut oil if needed for smoother consistency.
