Description

Chocolate Apple Pretzel Bark is a sweet and salty no-bake treat made with layers of melted chocolate, crunchy pretzels, dried apple slices, and a drizzle of white chocolate — perfect for snacking or gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzle)
  • 1 1/2 cups mini pretzels, roughly broken
  • 3/4 cup dried apple slices, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate evenly on the parchment paper into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the broken pretzels and chopped dried apples evenly over the chocolate. Press gently to set into the chocolate.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt if using.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
  8. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerated.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.
  • Customize with other dried fruits or chopped nuts.
  • Store in the fridge for a firmer texture, or at room temp for softer bark.
  • Perfect for holiday trays or edible gifts.
