- 1 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzle)
- 1 1/2 cups mini pretzels, roughly broken
- 3/4 cup dried apple slices, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly on the parchment paper into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Immediately sprinkle the broken pretzels and chopped dried apples evenly over the chocolate. Press gently to set into the chocolate.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if using.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerated.
