Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and bake puff pastry sheets according to package instructions. Let them cool completely.
  2. Melt dark chocolate gently and allow to cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Place one pastry sheet on a serving plate, spread with melted chocolate, then a layer of whipped cream.
  5. Top with the second pastry sheet and repeat layers if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
