- 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake:
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate ganache
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix crust ingredients and press into a pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 40 minutes and let cool.
- Drizzle caramel and chocolate on top. Chill before serving.

- Use a water bath for a creamier texture.
- Best served chilled with extra caramel drizzle.
