Ingredients

2 chicken breasts or thighs, cooked and shredded

2 carrots, sliced

2 celery stalks, chopped

1 onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

8 cups chicken broth

1 tsp thyme

6 oz egg noodles

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Sauté onions, carrots, and celery. Add garlic.

Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Add noodles and cook until tender.

Stir in shredded chicken and thyme.

Simmer 10 mins and season to taste.
