Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

 


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.

  2. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  3. In a small saucepan, combine glaze ingredients (except cornstarch slurry) and bring to simmer. Add slurry to thicken.

  4. Slice chicken, drizzle with teriyaki glaze, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
