1 tbsp butter

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup sour cream

2 tsp Dijon mustard

12 oz egg noodles, cooked
Instructions

Sear beef in oil until browned; set aside.

In the same pan, cook onions, garlic, and mushrooms in butter.
