- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Spoon the filling into the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Slice in half and serve immediately, or chill for 10 minutes for firmer wraps.
