- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, divided
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the next layer.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread evenly over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over the pudding layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping, spreading evenly across the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set before serving.
- Slice and serve chilled. Optional: garnish with crushed graham crackers or fresh cherries.

- For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream cheese and sugar-free pudding mix.
