- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or equivalent homemade dough
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- If using biscuit dough, separate and roll each piece into a ball. For homemade dough, divide and shape similarly.
- Brush each dough ball with garlic butter. If desired, stuff each ball with a bit of shredded mozzarella and seal well.
- Place dough balls on a baking sheet or in a muffin tin, spaced slightly apart.
- Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and brush again with remaining garlic butter. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use garlic powder if fresh garlic isn’t available (1/2 tsp per 2 cloves).
- Great served with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
- For a fun party twist, bake in a bundt pan as a pull-apart bread ring.
- Freeze after baking and reheat at 350°F for 10–15 minutes.
- Seal dough tightly around the cheese to prevent leaking during baking.
