Description

These Cheesy Garlic Dough Balls are crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside, and packed with garlicky butter flavor. Served with a creamy dipping sauce, these bite-sized delights make the perfect party snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Make the dough: Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, kneading until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Form balls: Divide dough into small pieces, flatten each piece, and fill with shredded mozzarella. Seal and roll into balls.
  • Bake: Place on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and parsley, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Add chili flakes for extra heat.
