- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Make the dough: Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, kneading until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Form balls: Divide dough into small pieces, flatten each piece, and fill with shredded mozzarella. Seal and roll into balls.
- Bake: Place on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and parsley, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
