- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups (150g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: red pepper flakes for a spicy kick
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter:
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.

- Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
