Description

This Cheesy Garlic Bread is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with melted cheese and savory garlic butter. Perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or snack for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or Italian bread loaf
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  • Slice & Spread: Slice the bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter evenly over both halves.
  • Add Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered bread.
  • Bake: Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Broil for Crispiness: For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
