Description

These Cheesy Chicken Taquitos are crispy, loaded with flavor, and topped with a creamy drizzle. Perfect for a quick meal or snack, these taquitos are baked or fried for the ultimate crunch!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Vegetable oil (for frying or brushing)

Instructions

    1. Preheat Oven (if baking): 400°F (200°C).
    2. Mix Filling: Combine chicken, cheese, cream cheese, and seasonings.
    3. Assemble Taquitos: Place 2 tablespoons of filling in each tortilla, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick.
