- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a ½-inch border.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- You can add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce or garlic aioli.
