Description

A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken lasagna layered with cheese and topped with a cooling ranch drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Prepare the Buffalo Chicken Mixture: Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  • Layer the Lasagna: Start with a layer of noodles, spread the buffalo chicken mixture, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
  • Drizzle Ranch & Serve: Let cool slightly, drizzle with ranch, and sprinkle parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use blue cheese crumbles instead of ranch for extra tangy flavor.
  • Add diced celery for a crunchier texture.
