- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Buffalo Chicken Mixture: Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Layer the Lasagna: Start with a layer of noodles, spread the buffalo chicken mixture, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with cheddar cheese.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Drizzle Ranch & Serve: Let cool slightly, drizzle with ranch, and sprinkle parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use blue cheese crumbles instead of ranch for extra tangy flavor.
- Add diced celery for a crunchier texture.
