Description

This Cheesy Beef Burrito is packed with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and creamy sauce, wrapped in a soft tortilla for the ultimate comfort food!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground beef until browned.
  • Add taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salsa. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Lay tortillas flat and spread sour cream over each one.
  • Add beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat and toast burritos until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve warm with extra salsa or guacamole.
