- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground beef until browned.
- Add taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salsa. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread sour cream over each one.
- Add beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and toast burritos until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with extra salsa or guacamole.
