Description

Fluffy homemade bread rolls filled with gooey melted cheese inside and brushed with herbed butter for the ultimate pull-apart snack! (keywords: cheese stuffed rolls, cheesy bread, stuffed bread recipe)


Ingredients

  • 2 cups bread flour

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast

  • 3/4 cup warm milk

  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)

  • Cubes of mozzarella cheese

 

  • Herbed butter (optional)


Instructions

  • Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast, and warm milk to form dough.

  • Knead until smooth, cover, and let rise 1 hour.

  • Divide dough into balls, stuff each with a mozzarella cube.

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden.

 

  • Brush with herbed butter if desired
