Ingredients

2 cups bread flour

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

2 1/4 tsp instant yeast

3/4 cup warm milk

2 tbsp butter (melted)

Cubes of mozzarella cheese

Herbed butter (optional)
Instructions

Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast, and warm milk to form dough.

Knead until smooth, cover, and let rise 1 hour.

Divide dough into balls, stuff each with a mozzarella cube.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden.

Brush with herbed butter if desired
