Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, caramel, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour over crust and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle caramel sauce before serving.
