Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 20 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the caramel filling to lighten it.
