Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased or parchment-lined 8×8 inch baking dish. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  4. Pour and spread caramel sauce evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Garnish with chopped pecans or toffee bits before serving. Slice and serve chilled.
