This rich and creamy caramel coffee fudge combines the bold flavor of coffee with smooth caramel, topped with chocolate shavings for an irresistible treat.

For the Coffee Layer:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
For the Caramel Layer:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Topping:
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and mix with sweetened condensed milk and instant coffee powder. Stir until smooth.
- Pour into the prepared pan and let set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, and caramel sauce. Stir continuously.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and cook until thickened.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the coffee fudge layer and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
