Base:
- 1 1/2 cups Biscoff cookie crumbs
- 5 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
Topping:
- Whipped cream
- Crushed Biscoff cookies
- Extra caramel
Instructions
- Mix crumbs with melted butter. Press into a pan and chill.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Add caramel and fold in whipped cream.
- Pour over crust, smooth top, and chill 4+ hours.
- Top with whipped cream, cookie crumbles, and caramel drizzle before serving.
